This St. Pete Beach hotel is a quaint boutique hotel wrapped in all aluminum custom work, including a laser cut distinctive privacy panels, slat style guard rails, pool fencing, custom pillar caps with integrated torch lighting, glass railing in the restaurant area with a one of a kind custom hanging bar display.

Our contributions to this vibrant property include decorative balcony railings, custom glass railing, and custom-fabricated accents throughout. Each detail was crafted to complement the building’s modern Spanish-inspired design while ensuring durability and code compliance in a high-traffic urban setting.

Located in the exclusive Saddlecrest community of Windermere, this custom home features a range of distinctive architectural elements crafted by ACA. Our scope included balcony railings, poolside daybeds, steel pergolas, fireplace ledges, among other custom features. Each piece was designed to blend seamlessly with the home’s upscale aesthetic while enhancing functionality and outdoor living.
Andrew Landing
This project features a full suite of custom metalwork, designed to elevate the look and durability of this contemporary residential community. Our team fabricated and installed blue decorative squares on the sides of the building, sunshade pieces, stair and breezeway rails, dumpster doors, awnings, and the structure of the awning located on the street side of the building. Each component was built to align with the project’s clean, modern aesthetic while delivering long-lasting strength and functionality.
